Exchanges
The quickest way to receive an exchange is to return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged and were marked as final sale.
Gift Credit: If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be sent once the return is received.
