Online Returns/Shipping

  • General Policy: No returns are accepted on gems, crystals, jewelry, waist beads, or crystal grids unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
  • Return Shipping: The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Return Eligibility:
    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.
    • Sale items and gift cards.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspection: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can address the issue promptly.

Exchanges

  • The quickest way to receive an exchange is to return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged and were marked as final sale.

Gifts

  • Gift Credit: If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be sent once the return is received.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift and sent to the purchaser, a refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Refunds
