Online Returns/Shipping

  • General Policy: No returns are accepted on gems, crystals, jewelry, waist beads, or crystal grids unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
  • Return Shipping: The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Return Eligibility:
    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Return Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your return is due to receiving a damaged or incorrect item, and it is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided along with instructions on sending the item back.

Please read details categories when ordering. No returns on Our gems, crystals, jewelry, waist beads, crystal grids. These items will only qualify for return if the item does not match what you ordered, or if the item arrives damaged. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your damaged or wrong item sent return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Other qualifying returns that are within our 14 day return policy window, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, gems, stones, crystals, crystal sets, books, jewelry, and waist beads. Items like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged if items was final sale. If you need to exchange it for same item contact us at [email protected].

GIFTS:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet , first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
